What is the return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, reach out — we’ll do our best to make it right.
For health, beverage, and body products, returns are accepted within 30 days on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

When will I get my order?
Many of our products are handmade fresh in small batches, which may occasionally add a short delay before your order leaves the creator's studio.
We work quickly to ship all orders as soon as possible, and most orders ship within 3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note that some items may arrive separately depending on their production schedule or warehousing location. If that happens, you’ll receive individual tracking updates for each shipment.

Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Currently, each brand will have it's own shipping cost.
